Overview:

In the competitive food delivery industry, Cufoodz grappled with low engagement and orders on its website. Recognising the need for a strategic turnaround, they hired me as the lead designer. After thorough data analysis, I recommended few changes. Cufoodz embraced this strategy, signalling a significant shift towards prioritising the launch of a new product.(change this)

Problem:

The business model and strategies of Cufoodz had several issues. These included a lack of transparency, unclear future goals, and a web-first approach. The use of non-linear databases made data analysis difficult. These problems resulted in a low retention rate and a failure to attract new users, ultimately leading to a loss in brand integrity and competitive edge.

Solution:

Following data analysis and stakeholder interviews, we advised Cufoodz to adopt a mobile-first approach, differentiate from competitors, and transition to a linear database. These changes are expected to increase the retention rate by 20% and attract new users and service providers.
